Residential Move-In Information

  • Establishing New Utility Service
    • Electric, Sewer, and Garbage:

  • Natural Gas:
    • Teco Peoples Gas www.peoplesgas.com 407-425-4661
    • required for hot water heater and/or stove; if you smell gas at any time, call them immediately. This is a free service for your safety.
    • Garbage (service established automatically when you turn-on electric service):
      • place garbage containers on street on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for collection; return from street after collection to avoid City violation

    • Recycling (service established automatically when you turn-on electric service):
      • place paper, glass, plastics, and other recyclables in the teal containers
      • place containers on street every other Thursday evening for collection; just look for the other teal containers on the street on Thursdays as a reminder. Since they are only collected every 2 weeks, be sure to avoid missing a collection. Return from street after collection to avoid City violation

    • Mailbox Key (811 E. Concord Street building only): 
      • US Post Office Corner of E. Concord Street and Mills Avenue; bring a copy of your lease to this post office if you have lost your mailbox key or would like to have it changed

    • Moving Procedures:
      Please try and avoid blocking the driveways during move-in to minimize the disruption to other tenants at the property. Be sure that moving activities occur during normal waking hours to minimize the disturbance to existing residents.
