About the Director

I’m Robert Cascio, Executive Director for FLG. Thank you for your patronage and please contact me directly if there is anything I can do to make your experience better.

Since 1995, Robert Cascio has been a licensed real estate professional specializing in investment properties. Mr. Cascio’s team brings a unique, objective perspective to the purchase or sale income and speculative properties. Analyzing real estate transactions and other investment opportunities enable their clients to make the best decisions in the context of an overall financial plan.

Dedication to Studies
On full-tuition academic scholarship, Mr. Cascio earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing and Information Technology focus. Immediately following, he completed his Master of Business Administration degree, concentrating on Corporate Finance.

Personal Interests
Robert enjoys a variety of physical and cultural activities. Having completed eight marathons, Robert enjoys recreational running as well as weight lifting, scuba diving, wakeboarding, kayaking, motorcycling, and biking. An advocate for the exploration of other cultures, Robert has traveled to over 55 countries. He is an avid Christian follower, convinced that Jesus is the reason for the success and peace in his life. Robert has had the privilege of participating, and continuing to participate, in international mission assignments, mentorship through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and volunteering for various community programs.

Real Estate Company Owner and Investor
In 2003, Robert formed Florida Land Group, a privately-held commercial real estate brokerage company. A distinguished Licensed Real Estate Broker, Robert successfully implemented a web-based property management system, enabling residential and commercial rental inquiries and transactions to be completely entirely online, by partnering with Bank of America, National Tenant Network, and various apartment-renting websites.

Award-Winning Performance at AT&T
Mr. Cascio has held a variety of sales, marketing, and finance positions through his career with AT&T. He excelled in his duties as Sales Executive, Premise Sales Manager, Area Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Director of International Operations. With multiple awards during his 12-year career, Robert performed with excellence and was chosen among several successful candidates to bring the United States sales training and recruiting model to Lima, Peru. While living in country for two years, Robert learned Spanish as a second language and re-engineered an acquired AT&T subsidiary. Recruiting new management and sales teams, he directed the operations of this 150-employee operation with excellence.
