To avoid delays in processing your application, please read the instructions below completely before beginning.
1. Review the complete application form before beginning to ensure you have all necessary information available. The information in bold is required for insurance reasons as well as your safety and the safety of other neighboring residents. You will be unable to submit an incomplete application.
2. Smoking is not allowed on the premises of any FLG property, including both inside and outside the dwelling unit. This is a firm condition for all residential leases.

Credit card information is required as a credit reference and as a secondary source of payment in event that your electronic debit is not honored for the fees associated with the application or the lease terms and conditions. A charge of up to $5 may placed on this credit card for verification purposes and this amount will be credit toward the first monthly lease payment. The CSC Code for MasterCard or Visa is the last three digits in the signature panel area on the back of your card. For American Express, it is the four digits on the front of the card.
4. For bank account information, please use the ACH Routing / Transit (R/T) Number if your check has one. If not, use the standard ABA Check Routing Number. For your account number, be sure to enter any leading zeros. The check number is not needed.
5. By completing this application and by typing your name at the end of the application, you are electronically signing a draft from an account that you are authorized to withdraw funds from. I understand that fraudulent submission of any account data will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You are consenting to a credit and background investigation. You understand that an electronic signature shall have the same force and effect as a written signature. You have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions of the lease, the e-payment policy, and Protecting Your Family from Lead in your Home.
6. Your bank account will be debited $75 per applicant. If your application is denied, there will be no further debits. If your application is approved, a security deposit in the amount of one’s month rent plus applicable pet fees will be processed as well as the first month’s rent, within 48 hours. The security deposit is refundable at the termination of the lease provided all terms and conditions of the lease are fulfilled. If you decide to not accept the property and your application is approved, your security deposit will be not be refunded and will be used as valuable consideration to reimburse the Lessor for (1) removing the property from the available inventory, (2) not securing other applicants for the property possibly resulting in loss of rent, (2) processing the application, and (3) the preparation of the lease.
7. Your rent will be automatically deducted from the checking account you provided on the 1st of each calendar month; this will be furthered detailed in your electronic lease agreement which will be emailed shortly after you receive application approval.
