Florida Land Group LLC was founded in 2003 as a private commercial real estate investment company.

The company focuses primarily on the acquisition, ownership, management, strategic repositioning, and disposition of commercial and industrial real estate, with an emphasis on creating long-term value rather than transactional volume.

Our work includes investment analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, landlord and tenant problem-solving, sale-leaseback transactions, IRS Section 1031 exchange strategies, financing, and long-term portfolio management.

More than two decades in real estate have reinforced our belief that the best transactions create value for everyone involved. We particularly enjoy solving unusual problems, identifying opportunities others may overlook, and developing relationships that endure long after a transaction closes.

Florida Land Group is led by Robert Cascio, PhD, Founder and Managing Director.

Robert ultimately views business ownership and investment as stewardship. His goal is to conduct business with integrity, treat people lovingly, create value, and honor Jesus Christ in how he works and how he uses what God has entrusted to him.
